Our four-week plan for November 2026.

  1. Week 1Planned

    2 Nov - 8 Nov

    Submitting the club application

    The application file goes to SCC by 13:00 on 2 November. The review and approval process starts the next day.

  2. Week 2Planned

    9 Nov - 15 Nov

    Club Introduction Day

    At SCC's Club Introduction Day on 11 November we introduce the club and invite new members to the welcome event on Thursday 3 December at 15:15. We register that date with SCC the same week.

  3. Week 3Planned

    16 Nov - 22 Nov

    Midterm week

    There are no events this week because of midterms. We are preparing the 3 December welcome event and the first workshop in the week of 7–11 December.

  4. Week 4Planned

    23 Nov - 29 Nov

    Company meetings and preparation

    The board meets Kiss the Future (IUS TechSummit partnership) and Alma-Ras in Olovo (sponsorship). We finish preparing the Marshmallow Challenge welcome event on Thursday 3 December at 15:15 and the first workshop, Prompt Wars, in the week of 7–11 December.
